Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of Time Trakkr, the time-tracking and invoicing service at timetrakkr.com, currently offered as an invite-only beta. By using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you administer a workspace, your organization.

The beta

Time Trakkr is free during the beta. When paid plans are introduced, early teams will receive advance notice and a founding-team rate; nothing you created will be paywalled retroactively. Features may change as we build with early teams, and while we work hard to keep the service reliable, the beta is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Your account and workspace

  • You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Workspace administrators control membership, roles, and data in their workspace, including data imported from other services at their direction.
  • One person per account; API keys and MCP connections inherit your permissions.

Your data

Your organization owns the data it puts into Time Trakkr. You can export it at any time in open formats, and you can leave whenever you like. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI features

The Ask assistant computes answers from your workspace data and can create time entries and draft invoices at your direction. AI output can be wrong: verify totals before relying on them, and note that invoice drafts are never sent without a human clicking send. If you connect an external AI over MCP, you are responsible for the instructions you give it; its access follows the scope you grant and can be revoked at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unauthorized access, probing other tenants’ data, reselling without agreement, unlawful content, or interfering with the service’s operation. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk, with notice where practical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta, one hundred US dollars). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on reports or AI output.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request workspace deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination we make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced to workspace administrators with reasonable notice. Questions: [email protected].
