White-label time tracking and invoicing
Your clients and your team should see your name, not ours. Time Trakkr runs on a domain you own, wearing your logo, and the invoices it produces carry your identity. Here is exactly which surfaces that covers — and which it does not.
Your own domain, verified
A workspace can live at a domain you control — time.youragency.com rather than a subdomain of ours. Setting it up is a DNS exchange: you add a TXT record to prove you own the domain, then a CNAME pointing at the target we give you. The certificate is issued automatically once both resolve.
The domain is not cosmetic. Sign-in happens on your host, so the whole session — not just the first page — is on your domain.
What carries your branding
- The sign-in page. Your logo, looked up from the host before anyone has a session, so the first thing a person sees is yours.
- The browser tab. Your favicon, served per workspace.
- Invoices. Your logo on the document that goes to the client, which is the surface that matters most and the one most often overlooked.
What this is not
“White-label” means different things in this category, and the gap between them is worth being explicit about before you plan a business on it.
- It is not reseller software. There is no mechanism for you to sell Time Trakkr as your own product, set your own per-seat prices, or bill your clients for their use of it.
- There is no parent-account view. You cannot manage several client workspaces from one console, or move between them as an administrator. A workspace is a workspace.
- The product is still named in places. This is branding on the surfaces listed above, not a complete removal of every reference to Time Trakkr throughout the application.
- Email is not covered here. Do not assume notification mail carries your branding — check it against your own workspace before promising a client otherwise.
